About the People Witch
Being coached by me
My name is Laura Feasey and I’m all about creating space for people to be awesome. Coaching creates space for you to be awesome, and your ripple effect creates that space for others.
Based in Wellington, I offer in-person and online coaching packages.
I use a mix of coaching and mentoring approaches with the power of compassion and a dose of bibliotherapy. I come with a blend of head and heart, intellect and soul, to make a difference for people. Our sessions are about building your power, confidence, skills, and your brand of magic.

Who I am
My background is in organisation development and human resources. I bring my experience as a people leader, coach, advisor and doer, facilitator, thought leader, problem solver. I’ve worked in public and private organisations, small to large workplaces, alongside a diverse range of people and professions.
I am a qualified coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. I hold certifications in Gallup Strengths coaching (Clifton Strengths) and the Team Management Profile tool. I’m experienced debriefing 360-degree feedback, including using the Leadership Success Profile and Lominger tools.
This all means I have the experience, qualifications, and commitment to guide you in creating positive shifts for you and your work life.
When I’m not coaching people and developing organisations you will find me with the important people in my life, open-water swimming, travelling, and revelling in books and anything involving the beauty of language.
